TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FROM 01/11/2024 TO 31/10/2025

The above rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is chargeable at 15.00 Dirham’s per bedroom per night and needs to be settled directly at the Hotel by the client.
Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant Somaya. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.
Rates and terms and conditions included in this agreement are valid for all markets.

Access to Public Beach & Malls:
The hotel provides daily shuttle services to Dubai mall and the public beach La Mer, on complimentary basis. Timings and
destinations are subject to change and can be provided upon request.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Contracted Half Board
Guests will dine in Somaya Restaurant based on set menu or buffet set up.
Half Board on Christmas Day: 25th Dec is Breakfast and dinner only
Half Board on New Year Day 31st Dec is Breakfast and Lunch
Contracted Half Board Plus
Guests will dine in Somaya Restaurant based on set menu or buffet set up.
Contracted Full Board option is for Lunch and Dinner:
Guests will dine in Somaya Restaurant based on set menu or buffet set up.
Contracted Full Board Plus option is for Lunch and Dinner:
Guests will dine in Somaya Restaurant based on set menu or buffet set up

CHILD POLICY
• The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.
• Children up to the age of 5.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults.
• Children aged between 6 - 11.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free. Breakfast will be chargeble ,any other meal plan booked (50% of adult supplement applies).
• Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or one additional extra bed free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract.
• Maximum room occupancy applies.
