The complex is situated in a verdant and peaceful environment, where olive trees abound. It is about 1,5 km far from Lefkada Town centre and 1,2 km from the wonderful beach of Agios Ioannis, which is considered one of the best beaches for windsurfing and kite surfing. It consists of three newly built, independent and luxurious maisonettes, made with stone. An outdoor shared swimming pool is provided to all the guests for relaxing moments .

All villas are double-spaced and extend in two levels. On the ground level there is a spacious living room, a roomy and fully equipped kitchen and a small shower room. In the living room there is a three-seat sofa, which can be turned into two single beds to accommodate more people. The large balcony of the living room overlooks the pool and the garden. The villas are ideal for romantic couples, but they can also accommodate and cater for families up to 4 members.
